Japan 4: Tokyo Tour
Sometimes it gets kinda tiring to plan your whole trip, so for our fouth day there, we just sat back and joined a little tour around Tokyo! Though sometimes, I hate pre-planned tours because you can’t exactly choose where you’re going all the time, I love it because I get to squeeze in little naps in the bus! HAHA! #foreversleepy
First stop, the Tokyo Tower! Stupid me brought a prime lens to our trip so I couldn’t get a full shot of the tower. Lol!
It’s so funny how they even made a character for a tower! This is such a typical Japanese thing to do, making a cute little animated character for everything! Haha!
This is a little transparent glass window on the floor of the tower that gives you a full view of the tower looking down. Can you say vertigo?
Next up, we went to the Happoen Garden for a traditional Japanese tea ceremony. Yeah, it’s a ceremony for drinking tea!
Of course, I wasn’t going to let the gorgeous backdrop go to waste so I had to have a quick outfit shot there. I just wore a super simple and comfy outfit for a whole day tour.
The Imperial Palace Plaza, such an elegant and gorgeous view!
We then took the Sumida River Cruise where the main attractions were these cute, colorful bridges! I’m sorry I don’t have much photos of the bridges. I actually fell asleep during the 40 min. cruise. HAHAHA. I’m sorry, but it was siesta time!
We stopped for a little souvenir shopping at the famous Nakamise Shopping Street!
Spotted a couple in kimono!
Credits to my little sister, Melody, for the outfit shots!
